Michael Arceneaux
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Arceneaux is a seasoned association leader and policy advocate who helps organizations fulfill their missions. He helped found and now serves as the executive director of an election technology association under a full service agreement. Prior to that, he led a 3,000-member international homeland security center for many years. He also served as the COO and the Acting CEO of a 200-member utility association.
Kaitlyn Palatucci
Lead, Membership, Marketing, & Meeting Planning
Kaitlyn Palatucci brings over 15 years of experience working with associations and companies to fulfill their niche needs. Her expertise spans many facets, including business development, event management, marketing strategy, membership engagement, and more. She carries dual degrees in Event Management and Hospitality Management. Kaitlyn enjoys a challenge and never tires of meeting new people.
